Following the closure of the Nova Iguaçu Airdrome (QNV) for air taxi flights in the 2010s, the local aviation community shifted their operations to the neighboring airports of Jacarepaguá (RRJ), Santos Dumont (SDU), and Galeão (GIG), as well as other heliports of Rio de Janeiro.
Helicentro Carcará (SI3M) serves as the main hub for occasional heli-transfers into the city, which has a total of six helipads. Our Rio de Janeiro Team, only an hour away, is ready to provide complete support for your next flight.

About Nova Iguaçu

Known for its country clubs and natural parks, Nova Iguaçu is a city in the northern suburbs of Rio de Janeiro, in so called Baixada Fluminense ("Rio's lowlands").
