Paul Malicki

International business specialist and board advisor with a deep bench of knowledge in the mobility and technology sectors. Previously in three unicorns: Nubank, Farfetch, and Easy Taxi (acquired by Cabify). Paul seats on the advisory boards of eVTOL companies, Eve Mobility and Supernal. He is an Honoree of the European Forbes U30 list and President Kubitschek's Merit in Brazil.

Vinicius Morais

Vinícius has been at the forefront of all financial operations at Flapper since 2018, utilizing his background in production engineering. With experience in multinational companies and specialization in controlling, he ensures that internal processes meet the objectives set by the company's Board and investors.

Flávio Carvalho

Flávio holds 15 years of sales and business development experience acquired at sports management companies, marketing agencies, and his own businesses. São Paulo-based, Flavio is an ex-triathlete and remains active in cycling competitions.

Manoel Assunção

Previously with Avantto, Brazil's largest aircraft management company. Manoel is a serial entrepreneur and combines more than 10 years of business aviation experience with numerous business endeavors. He is one of Brazil's top poker players and has been continuously ranked as one of the best players in Brazil, Las Vegas, and Uruguay.

Wesley Ribeiro

Graduated in Information Technology, Wesley boasts more than 20 years of programming experience. He previously worked for IBM, as well as IT companies in Canada, in addition to having founded and sold a software house. He is an expert in Cloud technology, artificial intelligence and clean architecture.

Luciano Osorio

Luciano holds a Computer Science degree from USP and boasts two decades of experience in the tech industry. He is certified in agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma, having worked with Embraer and Accenture, where he managed intricate projects in finance, energy, and telecommunications. In 2024, he was the winner of Agile Trends competition for applying his expertise by improving IT processes and scaling Flapper’s marketplace platform.

With over 25 years in business aviation, hospitality, and luxury, Bruno has shaped operations, technology, and brand experiences for Ritz- Carlton, Emirates Airlines, and NEOJETS. His expertise spans flight operations platforms, strategic partnerships with ultra-luxury brands, and managing high-profile aircraft. He is attending the eMBA at University of Ottawa and has earned 80+ international advertising awards.
