Can I endorse a company instead of an individual client?
Yes, you can endorse either an individual frequent flyer or a company that you know makes use of private jet services.
Will my credits vary based on the geographical area?
Yes, customers based in high-ticket markets, including the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, CIS, and the Middle East, earn greater rewards compared to those from low-ticket markets, including Latin America, South Asia, and Africa. This disparity arises from significant differences in the average cost of private jet flights across these locations. For the full table, please reach out to our support.
Are the rewards valid for first time customers only?
Yes, you will only be rewarded for the first flight. In certain cases, it may be possible to set up special arrangements to provide referral bonuses for ongoing flights, especially when referring travel agencies, frequent private jet flyers and airplane buyers.
Can I receive cash instead of flight credits?
Yes, you can be paid by bank transfer directly to your account.
Is there a limit to how many credits I can earn?
No, the credits are cumulative and you can refer as many customers as you wish!
What if the customer cancels their flight?
Sadly, we can only issue rewards for flights that have been successfully completed. After the flight takes off, we will add the corresponding credits to your account.
