With excellent short take-off and landing capabilities, Twin Otter is one of the most successful regional turbo-props ever built. Its high rate of climb and descent make it popular for operations on some of the world’s most challenging runways, including St. Barts and Lukla. The Series 300 comes equipped in two reliable PT6A-27A engines, which give it a range of up to 1000 km (540 NM) at full capacity. Up to 19 passengers can be accommodated in its spacious cabin. Known for its stability at slower speeds, the Twin Otter is ideal for island-hopping charters and surveillance missions. The aircraft can take off from runways as short as 360 meters.
