Planning is an important part of the work for Flapper to deliver quality services, but the customer doesn’t always come to us in advance – and then we’ve worked twice as hard to ensure that urgent missions are also carried out with excellence. This was the case with the challenge of providing a jet flight from Brazil to Mexico in less than 24 hours.
Understand the Mission
We were contacted in the evening by a technology company looking for a last minute charter from Campinas (VCP) to Puerto Vallarta (PVR), Mexico.
Flapper’s Solution
Immediately after the first contact, we mobilized our team to buy time and make the flight happen. In less than two hours we managed to guarantee the availability of a heavy-jet aircraft to serve the mission, and after a few hours providing the legal details of the trip – it is necessary to obtain permission to enter Mexico – the client already had the flight schedule marked.

It was an 11-hour, stopover aboard the comfortable Falcon 900EX EASy. Sinterior i has leather armchairs, sofás, tables and more, ensuring maximum comfort of its passengers during the flight.
After traveling 4290nm direct from Brazil to Mexico, we finished the lightning mission, with the satisfaction of the client and our team, which once again found itselfunchecked and exceeded its own limits in search of excellence in executive aviation.
