The shopping mall’s top clients can take part in the VIP (Village Important People) loyalty program, an initiative which already received multiple awards, including from ABRASCE (Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers).
By collecting loyalty points, accrued with each purchase at the mall, the VIP Members gain access to exclusive offers and discounts. Now customers can also exchange their points for the aerial services of Flapper, Brazil’s leading on-demand business aviation company. The partnership between the companies resulted in two excellent deals composed of premium transfers, with the origin being the nearby Rio de Janeiro Jacarepaguá Airport.

Starting at 60,000 loyalty points, VillageMall members can enjoy a 50% discount on their weekly flights between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Alternatively, the clients can bring an additional member for free when paying in full for their individual flight.
Our weekly Rio de Janeiro – São Paulo flights take off from Jacarepaguá Airport, which is located in the Novo Rio section of the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood. The final destination is São Paulo’s city airport, Congonhas (CGH). The passengers fly on board the flagship executive turbo-prop King Air B200GT, with departures on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to the shared flight, the clients enjoy access to discounted helicopter transfers from Rio de Janeiro International Airport (GIG, Galeão) to Jacarepaguá Airport. By spending 70,000 VIP points, the members can purchase the charter flight at a fractional price of R$2190,00.
The helicopter used on this route is the single-engine Robinson R66, with a maximum capacity of 4 passengers. With more space and improved technology in comparison to the R44, this model guarantees extra comfort and is ideal for panoramic flights and short transfers. It has large windows and one external luggage compartment.
Flapper & VillageMall: Rules
The offer is valid until the end of July 2019. Each VIP Member can redeem up to 2 flights. We use the national social security number (CPF) to limit the maximum number of flights. In order to use the companion benefit on our shared flights, the customer enrolled in the VIP Program should be present at the time of the flight.
