Airports and Helipads in Angra
The city is served by two airports and more than 30 private helipads. The gateway to Angra dos Reis is the Carmelo Jordão Municipal Airport, the main destination for executive aircraft such as turbo-props and jets. It has three maneuvering yards, an asphalted and illuminated runway and a passenger terminal with a VIP lounge for passengers and crew to rest.
For those who want to arrive by helicopter, the main helipads are Pirata’s Mall (SJXY) and Frade’s Mall (SNFD). São Paulo – Angra: the leisure route
One of the main routes to Angra dos Reis is from São Paulo. The flight between the cities guarantees a panoramic view of the metropolis of São Paulo, Serra da Mantiqueira and the coast.
