International Charter Flights In Spanish-Speaking Latin America
In Ecuador, Flapper team helped transport a group of passengers on behalf of the World Health Organization. Our operations team overlooked the entire process, from flight planning, to entry permissions, to flight coordination. With a national lockdown widely implemented in Ecuador, we engaged the local civil aviation authorities and foreign immigration office in order to fast process the permits.
Embarking and disembarking were carefully planned with the local FBO partners to assure minimum exposure to Covid-19. A Gulfstream GIV jet was chosen for the mission, thanks to its passenger capacity and impeccable range.
International Charter Flights in Brazil
The last two months, saw more than 20 international assignments being carried out in Brazil by Flapper Team. One such mission involved an international flight São Paulo – Lisbon – São Paulo, realized on Gulfstream GIV-SP jet. Closed borders between South America and the EU, combined with five overnight stays at the destination required by the client, made the mission particularly challenging, as it required a close collaboration between Flapper and numerous stakeholders, from FBOs, to civil authorities, to operator’s crew. The team carefully selected the best operator and planned the crew’s rest at the destination. A specialized agent was involved to allow for fast processing of entry permits.
A flight value exceeded one million reais (US$ 200’000), testing the reliability of Flapper payment system. With numerous international bank account and years of experience in cross-border payments, our financial department is ready to process even the most sophisticated international transactions.
